Because of this, we work hard to offer no hassle easy returns for your convenience. We appreciate your business and hope that you will continue to make our boutique your favorite place to shop. Please familiarize yourself with our return policy and procedures:
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All items returned must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and smoke free condition.
All merchandise must be received within 14 days of the original shipment.
If products are returned appearing worn (i.e. makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke or fragrances) or beyond the 14 days from the date of purchase, the item or items will be shipped back to you at your expense without exception.
If the item or items meet the return criteria an online code will be emailed to the email address you provided for an online store credit.
Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
Shoes must be returned with their original box. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
WE DO NOT accept returns on cosmetics, jewelry, scarves, belts, sunglasses, headbands, socks, hair bows, hats, undergarments, lingerie or gift certificates.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please direct all inquires on returns to firstname.lastname@example.org. Sorry we don’t take phone calls regarding returns. We want to make sure we give you the best service possible, so all correspondence must be in writing to minimize errors.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you received damaged or defective merchandise, we sincerely apologize. Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If the product seems to be damaged or defective you have 3 days to contact Lace Boutique at email@example.com to arrange a refund. Exceptions cannot be made. Once the products are in your care for more than 3 days, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Damaged or defective items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the 3 day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. The original tags must still be attached and it must meet all of our return criteria.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE (Exchanges)
Sorry we do not have the ability to do exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department.
Once we have received your return and it meets all of our return requirements, you will be issued a store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. Please note that regretfully our inventory changes frequently due to our items quickly selling out and we cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department. We are sorry if this causes an inconvenience, but some of our items sell very quickly so we are always trying to bring in new merchandise for our customers.
Sale and Clearance items are Non Refundable.
